Provides once a week garbage collection to approximately 1,200 households, maintains and repairs city streets, cleans storm sewers and drainage systems.

Provides brush, junk and leaf pick ups, mows city property, right-of-ways and city parks and installs street signage.

Riverside Park

Home of the Tradewater Pirates, a summer collegiate baseball organization and affiliated with the K.I.T. League (Kitty League).  Riverside Park is the reconstruction of a turn-of-the-century ballpark that was home to the Pittsburgh Pirates spring training camp from 1915-1917.  The stadium’s unique all-wooden construction and scenic location provide the perfect setting for serious baseball fans. 

With one of the most competitive baseball teams in the region, the Park also features the best concession stand in western Kentucky, the “Hardball Café”.  For more information and the Pirates schedule check:
